Q - How will this work?

A - After purchasing the live 1 On 1 option you will receive a email in approximately 2 weeks to schedule the live 1 on 1 session using Google Meet. Please familiarize yourself with Google Meet. A good idea is to set up a meeting with yourself and review how it works and looks. SPECIFICALLY: learn how to activate you microphone and make sure the sound settings are correct. If you want to share your screen make sure you learn and know how to use that option as well. No video (live camera) is required. You would not want to use your time learning how use Google Meet when we should be talking about trading.

Q - What if I need more than 2 weeks to review the material?

A - No problem. Take a month. Take two months to review the material. Two weeks is just a starting point. If you need more time, just reply to my scheduling email and we will schedule what works best for you. The more you are familiar with the videos the less time you will need to ask questions that the videos have already answered. Also know that the live session will be presented using the ThinkOrSwim charting platform. Please be familiar with that platform as needed and I can't comment on how other charting platforms work. Remember, this is your time here.

Q - Can I reschedule if I have already commited to a date?

A - Yes. Sometimes life gets in the way. Family issues, emergencies, or things we have no control over do get in the way. Please email me or message me on Bank The Trade - Twitter and let me know if we need to reschedule. If you are a few minutes late to our arranged start time do not worry. We will get the full one and one-half hours in. There may be times when I have those same emergencies or reschedules as well and I will let you know. If you have not logged into the meeting within the first 15 minutes of the arranged start time then you will receive an email that we will meet at another time. In the event there is a sudden connection disruption due to a storm, cats walking across the keyboard, etc., I/you will be in contact with each other and pick up where we left off with the time remaining momentarily or at another date.

Q - What time would the meetings start?

A - I am CENTRAL time USA. I would like to start at either 6PM or 7PM Central time per the date we have decided to meet on, preferrably Monday through Thursday. I do work full time and like to play on the weekends. If Saturday or Sunday is the only day(s) that works for you then can still work something out but the time day may not be in the evening.

Q - I already purchased the course access but the live 1 on 1 option was not available. Can I still get the the live 1 on 1?

Yes - There is an option to add the 1 on 1 session at the bottom of the order page. Just select the Add 1 on 1 option.
